Ordering Information

You may call directly 740-941-1271 to place your order and pay for it by Visa, Mastercard or by sending a check or money order.

You may also Place an Order from our Online Store and pay for it by Credit Card through Paypal or use your Paypal account.

Payment in full must be remitted before items in stock will be shipped. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks on orders paid by personal check. A 50% deposit must be made on items not in stock.

The Acoustic Music Shop will assume responsibility for damaged merchandise on initial orders. The Acoustic Music Shop must be notified in advance before returning any merchandise and agree with purpose of return. Returned items must be delivered to us within 10 days of purchase and returned in original condition and in original shipping container. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be withheld on returned items that are in compliance with original order.

NOTE: There is a $10.00 minimum on all credit card and on line purchases.
